Question SYNC 3 V3 and MMS on Android??

I have a 2018 Lariat Screw with 502A. I have updated SYNC 3 to latest version. All of my family cellphones are Android. It seems that if I get an "individual" text sent to me while in the truck all is well and I receive the text as expected. IF on the other hand I am a recipient in a multi-target MMS text I do not get the text via SYNC 3. Pretty much every text exchange in my family is multi-person and thus MMS (apparently we have to text everyone we know including friends neighbors casual acquaintances people we pass on the road ... beats me why) .... SO ... the question is ... are any of you Android Sync 3 users actually receiving texts on SYNC 3 when the text is MMS vs SMS? If so ... what message app are you using? We use Verizon Message+ because it can be used across several platforms and devices. Thank you for any response.

I can receive MMS via Sync 3 using the native Android message App. I never use bloat ware that is put on devices by manufacturers or carriers. TMobile is notorious for this. It's one reason I use the Google Pixel XL 2. It's pure Android, no bloat ware.

However, MMS is treated differently by the OS. MMS is a data process where as SMS is it's own messaging thing. MMS is more like email than a text message. As a result, text-to-voice of MMS is much less fluid. BUT it does work.
