Sync 3 update issues (no xml file generated)
Hi All,
I have a 2016 F150. My Sync3 unit was on version 2.0, and I'm trying to update it. I downloaded the update and applied according to Ford's direction. However, instead of generating the .xml file I'm supposed to upload back to Ford, my unit generates the following error:
When I check the settings, it appears my unit is now updated to v3.0, but I'm not sure why I'm not getting the .xml file at the end. Anyone else have this problem?
