Sync 3 Update Issues
I have a 2016 xlt running sync 3, version 1.0. I have automatic updates on, I am connected to my home wifi connection, yet it still does not update the software version. Am I missing something?

i had that problem for about 3 weeks. i call the help line, they didn't know what to do and had to escalate it. The next level said it was because i didn't have 100% connection (which I did), so then they stated that there is a glitch and that it is partially downloading when it connects and is just not notifying you that it is doing so. She said there were a ton of complaints about it and generally in her experience after a week or so it finally downloaded and installed. about 2 weeks after complaining it randomly installed. I have pretty fast internet that averages at just shy of 100MB/s and i have complete connectivity in my driveway.
