Present version is one(1). Have tried all weekend to upgrade to version three(3). No luck. I have a MAC and have downloaded update BUT the unzipped file - JR3T-14G381-AL.zip.download - will not unzip using built in Apple program nor a third party program. If the word download wasn't there, I think it would work. Any ideas? I know that going to dealer is an option but would really like to do it myself.
