So, when plugged in, all works well. I get a text message, I press 'Hear', it mutes radio and dictates message. I swear it also acted this way when not plugged in,but as of late, it still reads the message aloud, just does not mute the radio. Any suggestions?

 

Delete the pair. delete the sync on phone and phone on sync, and re pair?

So, deleted everything, let sit overnight, re-paired. Still same issue. I go under updates, maybe I have an update hung up. Says updating with a long xxxx xxxxx tgz type number. I get on Ford updates on interwebs with pc in house, says my vin# is updated, so... I guess I'll wait a few days and see how it plays out, then head to cyan labs for strip / reinstall instructions. Any other suggestions are welcomed
