I have a 2013 Platinum that originally came with a Sync 2 and a 8" screen. A few years ago I installed a Sync 3 APIM from a 2017 Fusion and it is working psefectly. I would like to upgrade to Sync 4 mainly to get wireless carplay. I can get a APIM out of a 2021 F150 that is for a 8" screen, non-nav. Will this work if I just swap out the APIM and Forscan programming?

I did, it sucked. had a delay that was really anoying.
