Default Sync 3 Screen Brackets

Does anyone know how to remove the sync 3 screen brackets? I have to remove mine to make some modifications. It looks like you remove the torx screws on the sides. I just wanted to check in here to make sure I'm not doing something that will damage the screen.

Which brackets are you talking about? Post a picture? After you remove the whole bezel, If you don't want to damage the screen...remove the 6 bolts holding the screen/apim into the bracket and unplug all the connectors attached to the back of the apim (that's attached to the screen). then the screen and apim should be completely separate from any brackets.

They are removable with a T8 driver. Here is my Sync 2 unit but Sync 3 is the same.

Thanks Wile! That is exactly what I was looking for. The torx screws came out easily and the rest was cake.
