Sync 3 question

Every Ford I’ve been in has the station logos for SiriusXM, but mine won’t show up. I am on Symc 3, Version 3. Any suggestions?

Maybe Apple Carplay is screwing it up somehow?

Did a master reset and sent refresh signal from Sirius. Wonder if there is anything in Forscan to turn this on/off.

On mine, if i MAXIMIZE Audio, it shows all the data and station....

In the pic you posted, you have multiple smaller quadrants.

however, I dont' have an Apple, and I don't use Android Auto.
