Default Sync 3 Message

So, it appears that my Sync 3 did some kind of update over the wireless network as I now have a button for my heated steering wheel.

The problem is every time I start the truck now, a message box open that says I can check for wireless networks. I can close it but it is somewhat annoying. I checked for updates but it appears there aren't any. Any ideas?

It shouldn't keep popping up. Maybe do a master reset on Sync 3 from the touch screen and see if that works? You would have to rejoin your home network but it would probably resolve the issue.

There's a setting in there somewhere that turns that message off. I believe if you go to WIFI settings -> turn off "WIFI available notifications"

Also, the update may have knocked you off your WIFI. Next time you are parked at home, make sure you are connected to your home WIFI and that might also eliminate the message.

Most people have seen this message for a short time after the update to version 3.0. If I recall correctly, I turned off wifi for a couple of days and then turned it back on, and there were no more messages.
