Sync 3 issues lately

I have a 2017 F-150 with the Sync 3 touchscreen system. For the last 6 months or so, the touchscreen has become randomly unresponsive. It either works 100%, or the touchscreen does not respond at all (the system will turn on as normal, but you cant make any touchscreen selections). This happens randomly, maybe once every 10 times I start the truck. Has this been happening to anyone? My software is up to date, the only thing I can think of is maybe the battery, as it is very old now.

Had 2 Cat 5 hurricanes within 2 weeks of each other but my SYNC 3 system worked.
