Sync 3 iPhone / iPod indexing issues
Hi All,
Hoping you can help here as I haven't been able to find anything specific to my problem after several searches on the forums.
I have a 2016 F150 Plat with Sync3 and have updated to latest version 2.2 build 17011. No matter what I do both iPhone and iPod don't seem to index playlists properly. Have tried re-syncing both devices with iTunes, new and certified cables, SYNC My iTunes software from Ford and still doesn't index properly. Older versions of Sync gave me same problems as well.
The kicker here is iPhone indexes correctly via bluetooth but would like to be hard wired for better / best sound quality.
For the techies out there iPod is an older classic model (150gig) running software ver 2.0.4 which is the latest it will recognize and iPhone is a 6 Plus running iOS ver 10.3.2. Both devices have about 4000 songs.
Thanks in advance for any / all assistance.

Hard to believe I'm the only one experiencing album / song indexing problems with their iPhone / iPod on Sync 3.
Appreciate any responses and resolutions others may have done to correct this issue.
Many Thanks,
