Has anyone had their Sync 3.3 stop and start the audio when it reads a text? Both my 2019 Lariat and my wife's 2019 Edge Titanium have started doing this. It will start to read a message, then stop reading and after a second or two, continue where it left off. My Service Rep (who has been extremely helpful) has never heard of the issue and found no TSB or other information on it. I had no similar issues with my 2016 Lariat with Sync 3.2.


I'm curious if this is fairly common or just a southern GA thing
