Sync 3 3.3 update

Took my '16 F150 in for some recall work today and they gave me a 2018/19? Fusion as a loaner vehicle and I noticed that the sync version was 3.3? I've searched the web and I've seen no mention of 3.3 yet, does anybody know what changed and if there's a package out there to test/download? Thanks

Had it on a 19 Expedition rental, honestly doesn't look or feel different than 3.0 18261, probably bug fixes mostly.

anyone else done this? Ford.com is telling me I need a Sync update, I copied to USB drive but havent put the USB in the truck yet.

According to DanMc85 on 2gfusions.net, Sync 3.3 won’t work on any pre-2018 unit. It uses a 1.5GB partition instead of 1.0 for system files. If the unit didn’t ship with 3.2 then 3.3 will not work.
