SYNC 2 not finding contacts
I have a 2015 Lariat SCAB. Sync was working great since new. A week ago I tried to make a call to a contact, and the bi**h says "if you wish to make a call, say a name...etc. I have an iPhone 5S, presently. It works fine on my wifes 2017 MKC with Sync 3.
So I deleted the phone from the truck and re-installed it. Same thing occurred. It wil dial, if you say the number, and incoming calls are received normally. It will no longer announce received texts.
Has anyone had this happen?
Is there a easy fix, or is this a dealer fix? No problem if it is since I am still under warranty.
Any suggestions?

Sync 1 in my Fusion does this occasionally. I believe there is a download contacts option in the menus. Also, sometimes it is a setting on the phone (I am in Android). Worst case scenario is that you have to remove the device and then reconnect to it.
