I have SYNC 2 in a 2015KR. It has been working flawlessly to play internet radio and SIRIUS through my IPhone. Suddenly possibly due to the excessive heat here in AZ it will no longer play the audio. I have deleted and reinstalled my phone as well as the SIRIUSXM program. I’ve also tried a different phone. No joy. Does that sound like the APIM?

 

Yes, it does sound like the APIM is going. You could try a master reset.

I've been waiting for mine to go and then I'll just upgrade to SYNC 3

 

Please correct me if I’m wrong, the reset would be power button and fwd button? If so I’ve done that twice already. Thank you man.

 

Disconnect the battery for 15-20 minutes and see if that helps.
