Swapping factory SYNC deck

Really want an apple play deck, thinking an alpine but how much of a hassle is it? Just have the regular sync deck currently, not the my ford touch...anyone have pics of one installed?

Doesn't look like anybody is making the dash adapter yet so that's going to be your biggest hang up

There are no dash kits for the new generation F150s. So unless you can or know oh someone to mockup and make a dash kit, there is not much you can do but hope someone comes up with one.
