Stuck tailgate

2018 lariat, electronic tailgate won't open.
Help!

It's under warranty. Take it to the dealer.

Have you had the tailgate off recently? There's a connector right behind your rear tag that might have slipped out.

Try opening it with the keypad on the door.
Enter code then hit #5

tailgate

Tried code on door, never had tailgate removed. Looked at 15A fuse #16 & looked good.
Thanks, I'll take it to dealer. Wish it had a key insert so at least could operate it.
