Default Stop/Start - Stall

I have a 2018 3.5 ECO with 38,000 miles that now twice has stalled coming off the auto stop. I have no other symptoms and no check engine lights. The battery is just about 1 yr old and was installed by the dealership. It normally starts up very quickly with the auto start. It started right up each time after it stalled. Other than this, it runs smoothly and idles smoothly. It does have the start up rattle which is going to be addressed later in November. Is there anything that can be done or is this just going to be a quirk now and again?

Wow, I didn't think I was the only one with this problem. I guess that's good that no one else has to deal with this.

You didn’t really give the thread a whole lot of time for others to chime in.

You're probably right. I am impatient.

Possibly the EVAC system is full of liquid gas. Does it ever stall without the A.S.S.?

Are you saying the A.S.S. tried to start but was unable? Or it started and when you hit the gas to go it stalled out?

I don’t think it ever restarted. I had to hurry up and put it in park and then hit the start button.

Mine has done that a few times. Or has hard starts on A.S.S. When that happens, i just hit the button to turn it off and drive without it. My battery is 6 months old, installed at dealership as well. 31K on my vehicle. I don't think it's something to actually fix, i don't know.

I was wondering if it happened to anyone else. I will just monitor it and see if there is a common denominator when it fails to start.
Thanks.
