They covered it and are delivering it to my door, which is huge because it’s an hour away.

give us specifics please. is it a ford dealer? are they replacing right parts and proper alignment? did they give you a new truck?

if you have a spare moment, some of us nosey folks would like to know:

-was it a ford dealer you bought it from
-how did the dealer respond when pointing out the issues
-are they going to warranty any of the work
-pics of everything once it’s done

It was not a Ford dealer, just a used car dealer with what I thought was a great reputation. They were great to me with the buying process hence why I gave them my business to service it.

I showed up Monday unannounced to address the problems, and they were very apologetic and handled it well in my opinion, saying they will make right by it.

Not sure about warrantying the work but you can bet if it isn’t right this time we will be talking about a refund.

As mentioned I haven’t taken delivery of the truck yet but will post updated pics for you all to ensure it was done right.

I hope they got it right for you, I just can't imagine a "real" mechanic having any pride in his work doing that to you.
