I’m hoping someone could help me out with a project I’m working on. I have a 2017 lariat with a heated steering wheel. I want to make the wheel thicker. Ive considered the raptor wheel but from what I’ve been told, other than the thumb grips, the wheel has the same thickness. I ordered a leather Made to fit cover from a shop and when I got it, I noticed it was too big. My wheel circumference measures 4.25” and the cover was 4.5”. I talked to them and they told me that was the pattern they had for my wheel. I figured they were mistaken and just screwed up and don’t want to fix it. In the meantime, I had bought a Used leather non heated steering wheel off eBay to put on my car while I wrap my wheel so I could take my time with it. The weird thing now is the wheel off eBay is 4.5” thick.
So would anyone be able to help me out and measure their steering wheel circumference right at 12 o’clock? If my wheel is the odd one out, then maybe I could just order a new heated wheel and use the cover like I wanted to originally.

My 2016 Lariat with heated wheel is 4.25" circumference at noon. Well it's 1:24 right now on the west cost but still measures 4.25" at 12:00.
