Default Steering wheel controls stopped working

Hi,
I have 800 miles on my F150, today all my buttons on the right side of my steering wheel stopped working, voice control, call buttons mute, also all the audio controls buttons do nothing, anyone have any ideas what's wrong?
Thanks for your help.
John

I don't know but with only 800 miles I would be right back at the dealer to let them figure it out.

A couple of things to try on your own if you want.... First try shutting down the truck make sure display is off and restarting. did that fix the issue?

Second try a master reset from the touch screen.. did that fix the issue?

Take it to the dealer and let them figure it out. Hopefully they will give you a loaner while your truck is down.

Went back to the dealer today, they need to replace switches on the right side of the steering wheel.
