Default steering issues fighting with the dealer

How many people has been fighting with their dealer with steering issues, i have been to the dealer two times concerning my 2016 EPAS steering not returning to center and drifting to left and still no resolution. I get the same line that its normal but i can tell that its not, don't know where to go from here.

I have had uneven tire wear cause my truck to pull severely in one direction. Alignment was good but the truck pulled anyway. Replaced the tires and the problem left.
