Default Sputter, stall

My truck was getting reeally bad about sputtering and stalling at stop lights.

it's only been a few days, but I put some seafoam in the crank case and in the gas tank. Ran for 3 days and changed the oil. It was purring like new before I even changed the oil. Hoping this is all it needed was a cleanout. rock steady idle with no stumbles.

Clean the throttle body/throttle blade. And consider putting new plugs in.
