Default Sport mode for throttle but not transmission

Is there a way to turn off the transmission portion of sport mode (or just turn on the throttle portion)? It can't be as easy as putting in a resistor on the transmission harness that governs sport mode (because it also affects tow/haul mode). I like the increased throttle response in sport mode but hate the shift points that go along with it.

And yes, I've heard about the Pedal Commander but I'm not going to spend $200 on one.

Stop using "D" with Sport. Use "M" with Sport. The computer doesn't see what I (U) see while driving and select the correct gear at the right time yer self. You'll have more control of yer vehicle when ya do it yer self! Added Bonus Of "M" + "S"-->More Fun!

Like many I wish there was a "75% of Sport Mode" setting.

But like others have said, manual + sport mode helps, and is even more enjoyable with both hands on the Raptor steering wheel...
