Gee, my lug nuts were also those cheap capped ones. I simply bought a full set of the new Gorilla's that have the broader cone base to match the factory, and moved on. I have no entitlement in the matter, so I figured nuts were on me.

As far as trading for a Dodge or Chevy, I'm currently driving a new 2017 Ram 1500, since my F150 at the dealer for warranty repairs on the rear wheel bearings. I would not wish a Ram on my worst enemy. Seats are not comfortable, road noise is very evident, and the gear shift in a little dial on the dash. What's with that?

I know this topic has been discussed ad naseum. Suffice to say, all 24 need to be replaced! They're garbage and should never have been installed to begin with! This is the best selling vehicle in the U.S. and I can't remove the lug nuts on my $49K truck with the lug wrench provided!!

Second: Front bumper alignment. Came from the Factory tilted!! And Ford has known about it!

I'll post follow-up results.

My 2015 XLT 4X4 Screw 5.0l has travelled 19,800 miles.

Just for clarification.
I've owned 5 new Fords in the last 20 years, 3 F150's and 2 Expeditions. I love my truck.
If I'm understanding some of you, you think I should just bend over!!
Lug nuts and a wrench that fits correctly should never be an issue. A bumper should come from the factory reasonably aligned. I don't think those are unreasonable requests for a $50K vehicle!
I went to my nearest dealer with these issues before calling Customer Care.

Your first post said $49K and now you are saying $50K. It helps to not change your story in the middle.

I don't know if you have noticed but $50K for a truck is the new normal. Additionally your truck is no different than a $30K truck, except it has more options. Unless one of the options was different lug nuts then those are the same.

If you compare your bumper alignment to all of the other F150s out there you would will find that it is by design. The exact same design that you agreed to purchase. If you want to alter the design yourself then you are free to do so.

OP forget all of these guys. It's this typical forum hate that happens from time to time.

Weather you spent 10k or 50k (laughable that somebody said you changed your story in the middle by rounding up 1k) you should expect your truck to be how you expect it to be.

The lug nut thing, absolutely a problem. If you were stuck somewhere and couldn't change a tire I'd be pissed. Even more so if my kids were with me.

Regarding the bumper, there is a whole thread here about how to fix it and people pissed that it is sagging and giving ford grief. Good on you for reaching out to them about it. Let them do the work. I wouldn't want to get under my truck in this heat right now that's for damn sure. Let the guys that get paid for it fix it.

Tilted bumper is not by design. Sorry I misspoke, huge difference between 49 and 50!! You have completely missed the point here.

I have zero issues with my lug nut and the wrench the truck came with. So must be batch issues?? Mine is an early 2015 had it since new. No bumper frown either, which I thought was just loosen lift tighten?
