Default Spindle spacers?!

So I was browsing Facebook and I saw this post. Kinda attracted my eye as I have been looking at leveling my truck but know that a level adds stress to the UCA. I'm just curious why I don't hear more about these "spindle spacers". I'm assuming they're junk otherwise everyone would run them, but maybe I'm wrong. Could someone explain to me why these aren't used?

Thanks

I think there would be way too much leverage to be of any use. Personally that looks very dangerous.

You would still be putting the CV in bind anyhow.
