silly question, does the 3.0 diesel in the f150 have the same DEF gauge?

My 2018 5L XLT has digital speed readout.
You have to look at your option list, option # and the manual.

 

Also would really like to figure out how to add this to my F150. You would think it would be able to be added through forscan, but I haven't been able to find anywhere to add it.

The speed limit shows on my Sync screen, but it seems much more practical to have the speed limit sign right next to the digital speedometer.
