While killing some time in the cabin while updating my maps I stumbled across something in the owners manual. Has anyone had any success using the Speed Dial Function? I've yet to figure it out.

 

Using the Speed Dial Feature

Set speed dial
Press the PHONE button.

2. Select Phonebook or Call history.
3. Press the up or down arrow buttons to
locate the desired phone number you
want to set as a speed dial.
4. Then press and hold one of the number
keys "0~9" on the control panel until
the confirmation message "Store to
speed dial # <0~9>" is shown.
Quick dialing
Press the PHONE button.
1.
2. Press and hold the defined number key
"0~9" on the control panel to make a
call or

 

I have the manual. My question is does it work? I'm having no success with it.
