Default Speckles of "rust" all over body panels?

Is anyone else's truck suffering from this? My truck is White Platinum so the orange speckles are very obvious. It is all over the lower portion every single panel and on the chrome bumpers.I tried washing the spots off but they aren't coming off even with heavy scrubbing.

I realize the panels are aluminum but this looks so much like rust spots.

Please chime in if you know what this is or if you also have these spots on your truck! Picture overload below...

It is dust dust from your brake pads. The heat from using your brakes, causes the particles to bond to the clear coat. I've never been able to merely wash it off. I'll bet there are some newer, more advanced products that will remove it, but I have always used polishing compound on a well moistened and often rotated cloth.
I hope someone will chime in with a superior product that will do it faster. It is a workout. I tried a clay bar and it not take it off. Maybe a different clay?

Clay bar will take it off. I've had it on my vehicles before.

Oops didn't read all the way through. I have had good luck with clay bar for those spots but may need to try compound or alcohol swabs or even wd40

CARPRO Iron X. use this stuff before you clay bar, it removed most of what you see.. Maybe even 2 applications since yours is quite bad.

I second IronX. that stuff works wonders for issues like this. Aside from smelling like death, there are no down sides to this product, doesn't harm the finish and makes clay baring much easier.

Agree with the thread consensus. It is rail dust, and iron x will take it off.

Clay bar will NOT remove it...it'll just shave it off even with the surface. Iron X is like a gift from the gods for removing that crap.
