Are there sources out there for individual sheet metal bed items? the floor, the rear box section below the tailgate? I can find the outer and inner fender skin but that's about it. Also seems the whole box was discontinued (5.5').

Another route might be searching for a local outfit that installs utility and flat beds for work trucks. They often end up with lots of brand new truck beds.

so why are looking do you have a bed to repair? or are you just looking for the material?


I would think you might could use nearly any year (2015 - 2020) bed for the parts and weld in place. Like if you were repairing the floor they are probably all close enough. Just a guess since i don't have drawing of each in front of me - but I could see where some of those are still common stampings - so the original part number might have been superceded.

 

If you've grab a full panel, you can PTM it if required, then rivet it in. Ford ensured dealers don't have to train the welders to work with aluminum.
