Default And so it begins...

I apologize in andvance, which i know has been talk about but cant find the thread. Also this is my first post, like some i come on here to see if their are others that are having the same problems as i am having with my truck and sure enough their are. This is an awesome forum. So my problem/question is i have a 2017 screw with a leacky back window. Ive had it for over a year and i just now found this out. So i called my dealership to have them fix the problem. They said they found the leak and sprayed something (cant remember what it was) on the back wall under window to stop the leak. They hosed it down with water to see if it leaks they said it still leaks but it has slowed down alot. But the lady said it might need a new window seal and they arent going to replace it because they didnt want to take a chance of breaking the glass so they told me i could take it to another ford dealership...it is still under warranty. Whats should i do?

Take it to another dealer that has a competent service department. Apparently your dealer doesn't.

I was thinking about doing that but what if they give me the same run around? Call some high up ford representative?

I'd call a few dealerships to see if there is one nearby that can do it. It should be a warranty issue so if they can't do it they should pay Safelite or somebody to come and do it.
Easier said than done...Good Luck
