I could really use some help
If i can start my 2018 f150 with the Ford Pass can I somehow start it with the smart remote

I also installed "OEM Ford Security System w/ Remote Start uses Factory Flip Key js7z19a361a"

If your talking about the remote that you press a button twice to start the truck, no, it will not work. It uses different frequencies. You're stuck with the standard remote and having to hit lock-unlock-lock.
