SiriusXM problem help...
Some history 2019 lariat, B&O audio system, with shark fin (if this makes any difference)
So my trial ended yesterday on the way to work I enjoy the service with no problems or signal interruption whatsoever , so I call up and subscribe to a year.
After work I fire up my truck and notice the sirius updating programming, screen, then acquiring signal, I drive the same route, now I notice my signal seems like crap, pauses, acquiring signal etc, this continues for my 20 min commute, which was never a problem, I go online to send the signal to refresh my signal, this makes no difference, call up Sirius and they resend the signal, reception still crap, today still crap, can't get through a tune without signal loss... call them back and they tell me to return to the dealer, I dropped by the dealer this afternoon, they do a master reset and they say everything is fine with the head unit.
I find it hard to believe that something happened on my end while my truck was parked at work.. Anyone experience this? Is it possible the signal is stronger during the trial? Pretty disappointed and wondering WTH is going on.

As a longtime Sirius subscriber, I've experienced some crappy reception for a few days at the time. Never noticed the trial being any better (or worse) than a regular subscription. Nonetheless, there will be times of really annoying reception, just as you have shared. I will say that over the past several months now, I haven't noticed anything alarming. But, when it is alarming, it really is annoying. Not sure what a master reset does to improve reception. Hope it is better now. Maybe like a laptop, turning it off and on cures all evils.
