SiriusXM free trial expired...
...so now if I scroll through the sources with my steering wheel M button I get this super annoying pop up...
...and if I tap close, it closes then pops right back up. So I have to tap it then hit the M real quick to change the source (only like 15 times in a row though) until it goes away then use the source on the touch screen to go directly to my phone or radio etc.
It’s pretty much the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. It’s like the only thing that will eliminate it and have the radio function normally is if I subscribe.

If you have FORScan or know someone who does, you can eliminate Sirius as a choice in the media button and see it no more. Another choice is to just use the actual radio buttons. Third option is to buy a subscription. I chose to eliminate Sirius from the M button. Thankfully there was no annoying popup on my '16 when my free subscription expired.

What's most annoying is the number of times they call your house (landline) to try to get you to subscribe after it expires.
I ignored it for several days when Sirius XM showed on the caller ID. Had it been on my cell, I would have blocked them. This last week, I picked it up twice and politely, but firmly, told them to stop calling. I think my tone of voice got through to the guy the second time since he apologized and promised to take me off their call list.

If you want just tell them you don't use it or will go to Pandora and they will readily offer a 5 month trial for $25 ($5 a month). Or wait a bit and you will get an offer for 12 months for $60. They also have a side offer that includes free streaming included for a year. When my truck comes in and I'm set up I'll renew the subscription on my Grand Cherokee (the FCA receiver gets twice the channels) that I let lapse the beginning of summer and insist on the 12 month with streaming. I live near Philadelphia and you would think a major metropolitan area would have more than two decent stations. I also travel a good bit pulling my TT. So the Sirius is a good way to get some variety and still have decent sounds.

My posting should have been more complete. According to Livnitup's spreadsheet:
APIM 7D0-01-01 *xxx xxxx xxxx
Removes Sirius from audio sources (decrement your value where the asterisk is by 2; if you have an "A" make it "8", if you have "2" make it "0")
