Siri
How can I uninstall and reinstall Siri on 18 f150 with sinc 3?
for some reason it has a delay in it after she says “what do you want to say”?
if I say it then I get a bing and have to say again.

Siri comes from your phone. I would start with making sure sync 3 is up to date. Ford has a website, stick vin# in. Then iPhone up to date, then power cycle iPhone. If that does not fix issue, delete phone in truck, delete truck on phone, re-pair them.
