Brittany says it's been ordered and there is no problem. It used to show up on COTUS. Some of these guys say their truck will take 6 to 8 weeks. I say good luck with that. I will weight at least 6 months. The problem is you can't believe nothing they tell you. Is this the way Ford songs to to business. I've been in business 35 years. If I caught one of my guys lying to a customer he would be gone.

- Extended Range Fuel Tanks (655) will increase lead time to 14-16 weeks.
- Reg. Cab (FIC) with 8' box, 4x2, 3.5L TIVCT/2.7L (998/99P) and LESS 2.7L Payload Pkg (622) will increase lead time to 10-12 weeks.
- Reg. Cab (F1E) with 8' box, 4x4, 3.5L TIVCT/2.7L (998/99P) and LESS 2.7L Payload Pkg (622) will increase lead time to 14-16 weeks.

It's so frustrating.
I called Ford information. Talked to a guy in Florida he had never herd of COTUS and said it was only for dealers to use.
My dealer has had 3 factory reps since I ordered. They call out here in western Virginia no mans land. So they are no help.
Brittany says this is best handled through my dealer.
My sales manager is a very fine gentleman but his hands are tied. There isn't much he can do.
COTUS quit working. As the weeks and months drag on I wonder if there isn't a glitch in the order so whom ever moves the orders can't.
I feel like I'm beating my head against a brick wall. There is somebody on the other side that can help but I have no way to get to them.
Do I wait for a truck that may never come?
Cancel the order and reorder. Then weight 3, 6, ? Months again.
Buy one off the lot that I don't won't.
At this point, ain't got a clue???????

#2) RC 2.7 XLT Like yours cotus showed no such order number until this morning.
I now have a VIN ! As of this morning as the window sticker not up yet.
Expect it avail within the next 48hrs.
Both pretty loaded trucks for the trim level.
I was kinda surprised that both trucks have VIN for Dearborn
