It's as simple as a Automobile AC can not blow 6* air with ambient temps anywhere near 100*. Period.

The only problem with most systems is people don't understand how they work.

It's available on Amazon and likely through retail auto supply stores; however it is not "magic juice." While it may offer some additional system cleaning and lubrication, a properly-operating system may see little performance gain. Note that I qualified this with "properly-operating."

exaclty, its not an accurate reading coming from a digital thermometer, use an old school mercury gauge....

I don't know what you're using for a temp reading but I suspect it's wildly inaccurate. Meanwhile a 50 degree F shift in ambient to output temperature of any cooling system is rather impressive without major ammounts of surface area for heat rejection.

Now aside from there - one thing I think people don't notice with the newer F150 systems is the amount of airflow coming in and though the cabin. The vents are quite large and they have significant supply capacity. LIkewise there are differences in refrigerants now - such that all are meant to be R134Aor C compatible but the chemistries are a bit different and some have more capacity per lb that others - but the differences are minimal. If you have a low temp probe thermocouple style thermometer that would give a more accurate representation but it will also need to be in the airstream for more than a minute to finalize a steady temp. ANd both systems to be on a even test would need to be tested on FULL FAN - FULL COOL - so disable any automatic settings but without recirc on.
