Got sideswiped and the driver's side mirror glass shattered as the folding mirror folded. Replacement mirror, glass only, is only about $20. Fixed it, but the assembly that holds the glass (not the entire mirror assembly) may have been damaged too since it isn't stable... falls out too easily. In fact, it fell and I need replacement glass again.

So far I have not been able to find that part, with or without the mirror/glass installed. I don't want to have to buy an entire new mirror assembly and am hoping one of you knows how to buy just the mirror holder, the thing that has a couple prongs that fit into the general mirror assembly and the glass fits in with glue.

I suppose I might be able to stabilize the prongs, but I'd rather have a new sub assembly. When the 2d piece of glass falls out and breaks I'll not only feel stupid, I'll
