It escapes you because you can't order it from the factory. I know McClintoc's truck on this forum has a Sport grill / black grill installed on a truck that came with chrome bumpers, step bars and wheels. I don't believe he has the chrome mirror caps or door handles. That may be as close as you'd see. Personally I think the chrome mirror caps might be too much in your example, but the grill is the biggest problem on the chrome trucks. Its just too much in my opinion.
The black Lariat grille would eliminate the "wall of chrome" up front. As far as not being able to get it from the factory in that configuration, I was able to figure that out. That's what I meant by "work", probably should have said modify.
This scheme, pretty much but with a black Lariat grille or black Xlt sport grille(chrome front bumper) is what I'm curious about. Nobody(as far as I know) has modded their 2015 or 2016 to look like this. That scheme looks fine on my 99 Flareside, but I'm not sure if it would work on the new body style. But still post your own variations of black and chrome of course.
I like a touch of chrome. My truck came with the chrome package but I got rid of the grille and side steps. Kept the bumpers and door handles and found some 2-tone wheels.
Was gonna get a sport but my last truck was black and chrome and my wife REALLY likes the black and Chrome Love it when it's clean - but a pain to keep clean

The more I look at it, the more I like it that way. I didn't like the black grill at first with the chrome bumpers, but it grew on me. The two tone look on the tires works well. Love the long bed SuperCrew. I think the only thing I'd do different on that truck would be to go with a different step bar / running board. Other than that, I think it looks great.
