UPDATE
Had the truck on the lift today, and the slight rubbing I was experiencing (thought it was the offset) had nothing to do with tire size or offset of the stock wheels, it was rubbing on the Fox reservoir that was mounted inside the wheel well when the coil overs were installed, easily could have moved the reservoir location and solved the issue, pics here:
Close up on where it was hitting:
Even though we could have fixed the rubbing issue without the spacers, I wanted to try them to see if it would get me the slightly more aggressive look I was going for, here is a before shot:
Spacers going on, went with the 1.25" option:
Spacers on, truck obviously still in the air so no load on the suspension:
Back on the ground:
Sorry for the bad after pics, the weather hasn't been cooperating here so the truck is dirty, better pics to come once I get it cleaned up:

@ajean, Sucks, 3.31 gears are a buzz kill with the bigger tires. I tried reprogramming but I'm not happy. 3.55 minimum gearing in my opinion. My 2012 FX4 with 3.73's and same tires ran strong. Thought about regearing but the cost, too much for little bit of heartache. I can live with the set up. MPG went 18.4 to 16.7 combined. 1200/1600 dollars (US) to regear takes a long time to recoup just to get back 1.7 mpg. But some may think its worth it. I like the set up. Rides like stock. Going to put on gas tank RCI skid plate and Hellwig sway bars (front and back) on Thursday so I think the ride will improve alot.
