Yes, photo is definitely tilted. Truck is level. I've had others notice that too. Novice photographer....me.

Here's a little trinket I added to the side of the truck. Replaced the EcoBoost badge.

It's perfectly level w/stock wheels.

Anzo! I sealed them with clear rtv before install based off others complaints. So far no issues and all lighting works the same as the oem clear ones with daylight auto option.

Their pricy though!
