unload it and start over.
Although the lift shouldnt be causing issue as 1000's of ppl run the BDS kit without problems, it could have been the installer and now they're trying to pin point the culprit. Assuming these issues arose after the lift install.

Purchased in 2017, this is mid 2019, so no Lemon law will cover it, and why your buyback claim was denied twice. The key issue is 1 year from date of purchase. All this must have happened and been well documented during the first year, or 36K miles, whichever comes first. You do have a grace period in which to file which I believe is 18 months, but the repair attempts must be within the first 12.

However, just because you are past this time period, doesn't mean you are SOL. You can hire a lawyer and sue Ford for Breach of Warranty under the Magnuson-Moss act.

The Magnuson-Moss Act makes it easier for consumers to sue for breach of warranty by making breach of warranty a violation of federal law. The Act allows the consumer more control over whether a case is heard in federal or state court. A consumer can obtain federal jurisdiction under the Act by claiming at least $50,000 in economic damages, a lower requirement than for typical federal jurisdiction. It also allows prevailing consumers to recover court costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees. Additionally, larger cases involving many consumers can be brought in federal court as a class action suit under the Act.

I did this over a 2016 POS that was nothing but a headache. While it didn't replace the truck, it did allow me to trade to a new one and not lose a ton of cash in the process.

That truck would be a Lemon Law vehicle here after 20 days. Start the buy back procedure and move on.
