I can confirm my mirror lights on standard powerfold mirrors do not iluminate with all the parking lights itonly flashes for turn signals. I did however do the flood mirror light jumper mod on mine so I could turn them on at any speed not sure if that interferes with them as DRL parking.

Replied to this on the FORScan thread.

Very impressed. Outstanding work Dan, beer money on your way! Also, thanks again @Livnitup for continuing to lead and support the Forscan community. If you ever post your PayPal I I know many like myself would be eager to contribute.

It's great gems like this that keep my addiction to the forum going.

Edit: Truck has to be in gear for the DRLs to activate. I had set the emergency brake in the below pics while in drive.

DRL Parking Lights and Fogs Enabled on Anzo's
Amber switchbacks work as they normally should with blinker turned on.
Tail lights are litup with Parking Lights enabled.

When your DRL are on, you get the LED outline and the fog lights on?

When your low beams are on, do you get the LED outline, Fog Lights and Low Bulb?

When your high beams are on, What do you get?

I have the same set up and plan on trying this.

Just a follow up question, but how are the turn signal LEDs holding up when set at DRLs? There was some discussion/concern about potential issues with heat due to the turns not being designed to run at full brightness all the time.

Correct – DRL’s give me LED outline, Fog lights and white middle indicator light (1st picture above) – Plus rear LED taillights.

Correct

When your high beams are on, What do you get?
All 3 – Low, Fog and High – This is known as “bambi” mode and also needs to be configured via Forscan.

Everything is still working perfectly fine. I will report back if there are any issues but for now I’m going to keep enjoying the unique look this mod brings to the truck!

Just a note, for those trying to get a shot of the truck with the DRLs on.
Any time the truck is not in P, the DRLs should be on (I believe). So set the park brake & put it in N rather than D. At least then, in the event of a p-brake failure, the truck won't take off.

Did you replace the white middle indicator bulb or is that how it comes? It turns yellow and white like the led outline?

Yes, I replaced it with a LED switchback bulb and used Forscan to disable the bulb outage detection so I didn't have to wire any additional resistors. Here are the ones I purchased:

I currently have the turn signal and perimeter setup. I would like to have the low beam along with the perimeter and turn signal. Is it possible?

When the parking lights are on, do they enable the perimeter LED and turns/indicators? If yes, you should then be able to turn on DRL parks plus low beams to achieve that outcome.
