Default service complaint

I have tried everything with no solution in sight. In May 2025 I took my 2018 f150 to a local dealer for transmission repair. Seems it shifts hard in lower gears accelerating and decelerating. Long story but after almost three months, repair has not be completed. I have addressed the issue with the dealer service department and dealer general manager. They say there have been three attempts to fix the issue and hasn't worked yet. I contacted Ford Service to make a complaint using the phone number on the Ford web site. I discussed my problem with a service assistant as recommend and she said she would contact the local dealer. After a couple of phone calls and an email, the ford service assistant isn't returning my messages. I can't get anyone at the dealership to provide a time estimate as to when my truck might be ready. I have tried to locate contact info for the Regional Service Manager but no luck. Today is August 20 almost three months in the shop with no end in sight.

Anyone got suggestions?

Welcome, is this a repair that you are paying for?

Yes, I took it for what I was told was a transmission rebuild. I had to pay 50% of the quote up front.

A ford dealer charged you 50% up front? I have never heard of that.

Three months? "I" would have a consult with a lawyer.
