Default Rust Check on 2015 Ford

So with the aluminum body, is it worth getting a rust inhibitor like Rust Check or Kronos put on the steel frame?

I'll be spraying my frame with RustCheck myself. Just buy the spray cans of it yourself from a distributor/applicator business for 8$ per can.

Default Rust prevention on frame

I have used fluid film on my 2006 f150 and it helped protect it. It still looked great when I just traded it in a month ago. I plan on spraying frame and brake lines on my 2015 f150. I live in central NY and winters are harsh. Firm believer in fluid film.

Never before this year but with the aluminum I thought it was worth it. Took it to Zebart guys were grate did a good job had no clue way to use on my own. Good thing for me owner is looking at the aluminum F150s and I gave him a ton of ammunition to use on his wife so he treated me right!

Never had anything before on my trucks and the last brake line gave out at 13 years for me... Thank gosh in the driveway. They are using more salt water mix these days and its faster for clearing roads but hell on our trucks thing is they don't care it's cheaper 😡
