Default Rust?

I recently bought a new f150 platinum and noticed a lot of surface rust on on the bolts and hinge points on the back seats. Anyone else notice this?

Sounds like you have a water leak.

What about when you look behind each of the wheel wells up front and the headers are solid rust and also the upper control arms where the bushings are. Is this normal as well

Pretty sure this is not a leak as it's spans from one door to the other and is roughly 6-8" above the deck. Would have to be a hell of leak to cause this.
