Default Running a wire from the bed

Have a 2015 F150. Trying to install a cell phone booster. What’s the best way to run a wire from the bed to the cab.

just drill a hole through back wall and seal it?

Use one of the existing holes in the bed...

I’ll look again. I didn’t see any back there. Only looked on the drivers side. There were a couple of vents, but sealed wall behind it.

Never mind. I thought that vent was to the back wall but it goes all the way through

Also if you fold down your back seat, and pull back the padding/insulation at the bottom, there should be a vent that you could possibly run the wire through into the cab. You can then run the wire(s) under the door sill panels for a clean install.

I do it by drilling a 3.5" diameter hole in the back of the cab (mine's on the passenger side, behind the jack) and in the front of the bed, then using a section of heavy inner tube fastened on each end to provide a flexible, yet weatherproof tunnel.

That said, I'm running a few more wires than you.
