Default Running rough

I was driving my truck for about 45 mins to an hour and when i came to a stop it started running rough so i just thought it was bad gas. But after cutting my truck off for about an hour it was still doing it but when i put it in neutral it does not run rough only in drive. I cant think of what it could be. Any ideas?? Its a 5.0

If you’ve got bad gas shutting it off isn’t going to do anything. You need to remove & replace or at the very least treat and dilute what’s in there.

If you have a code reader check for misfire data, check your spark plugs if you haven’t replaced them recently. Could also be a weak/ failing coil.

Yea i just replaced the sparks plugs. I know shutting it off won't do anything i was just saying what was happening. But it only does it when it is in drive.

How many miles on the truck? No OBD II codes? It could be a myriad of things, needless to say. Start with the easy things first - clean the throttle body, paying special attention to the thin edge of the butterfly and the back side. I use a lint free rag saturated with alcohol to clean as far as I can reach past the butterfly. I find this cleans much better than the aerosol throttle body cleaner. Beyond that, I would suggest you go back and verify everything is good with the spark plug change you say you recently performed.
