Default Running Boards

I took the running boards off my 2015 to Raptor Line them so they would match the cap and rear bumper and also because the clear coat was starting to peal. Once I got them off, I found a lot of corrosion thanks to NY winters. I ended up stripping both of them back to bare aluminum and giving them a coat of Raptor Liner's anti-corrosive epoxy primer and then the Raptor Liner. I'll let them cure for a few days and put the plastic back on and reinstall them. If you live in the rust belt, check the underside of your running boards!

Looks good! When mine started to peel on my 2016 I found a cheap set of new take offs from a 2022 or 2021 I can't remember, anyway they never changed other than some end caps. Bolted up good as new.
