Don't know much about the Roush package. But the typical, easiest way to up your power is to pulley down and retune.
An easy way to pick up typically a half second in the quarter is to drop in a higher stall converter. If you have the 10 speed I haven't seen results for a converter yet.

I've never seen this number in writing, but it would definitely be a concern of running extremely high speeds in a 150. Just ask the V6 Mustang owners who discovered their driveshaft had limitations around 135MPH.

I to have a roush sc f150 (2016). I wasn't all the impressed with the stock 600hp tune. I ended up calling VMP and just loaded their tune a couple days ago. Its much better than the stock roush tune but it needs some tweeking yet. I went a pulley down (75mm) and am running their 93 tune.

Ali's another shop to look at is VMP performance. Both the owner and Justin and tuner Joe both have supercharged 5.0 with there version of the roush super chargers. They will send you a base file and you do some data logs with them as well to get the tune revised.

2015 Roushcharged F150 22
I have a 2015 F150 with a Roush supercharger stage 2 that's supposed to be 650 crank HP. With temp around 80, my best 0-60 runs are in the low 5's (around 5.3). I've tried boosted launch, Auto 4wd, 4wd, 2wd with rear diff locked, and always have traction control and skid off. My best times come in 2wd with rear diff locked. I have 33X12.50 AT's that are pretty sticky, but it won't really spin the tires...squeals a little. Boosted launches are really soft. 5.6. It feels like the program cuts power when you have on the brake and it's slow to regather. The timer is plugged into the truck, not trying to do it by hand.
I also own a '14 Roush Stage 3 mustang with 575 horsepower. The mustang eats tires like it's nothing. I mean, you can't even drive it without spinning the tires practically. It seems like my truck ought to burn rubber like it's nothing. Seems like 650 HP and 570 tq would be a combination that would shred street tires.
My point is that I feel like there's something wrong with the truck. Maybe I have a burned plug, or maybe the tune is bad...something. Does anyone else have any 0-60 times from a roushcharged stage 2 to share? Sure seems like it ought to be more like 4.2-4.3, and it's a full second slow. I'm planning to make an appointment to get it on the dyno.
